As from Monday October 11, 2021 - 

Unvaccinated persons can not travel outside their own LGA

Vaccinated persons who reside in Greater Sydney can not travel outside  Greater Sydney.

Under the Public Health Order, Greater Sydney includes the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Shellharbour and Wollongong LGAs. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept guests who reside in Greater Sydney until the government declares it is safe to do so. Exemptions apply to guests with work permits.

Checking in 

it is mandatory that all persons entering the park check in with the Service NSW QR code and display their proof of vaccination when asked. If you are unable to do this there will be a paper spreadsheet in the office for you to complete details when you arrive. The QR code will be displayed at the front of the park. Please ensure you do this on your arrival.


Payment Policy:

One night deposit required on all bookings except school holidays, Christmas,  Easter and long weekends which requires 50% or one night which ever is greater.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
All remaining fees are due 7 days prior to  arrival and will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Payment types accepted include VISA, Mastercard, Direct Deposit or Cash.
Once deposit is paid management assumes all park patrons understand and will abide by the Sussex Palms Holiday Park terms & conditions.

Occupancy Terms & Conditions

Minimum 7 nights over the Christmas and New Year period. Minimum night stay on other long weekends. 
Check in is from 2pm - 6pm (unless prior arrangement is made) Charges apply if arriving late with no prior arrangement
Check out is strictly 10am
Linen is only supplied on the Double bed & is available for hire by arrangement on all single beds at an additional cost of $10/bed in non peak times
No linen supplied on any bed during peak Christmas period.  Linen is available for hire by arrangement at an additional cost of $30/bed
If any damage is caused by you or anyone in your party to any part of the property you will be charged accordingly without notice
Sites and Cabins are to be left tidy with rubbish placed in bins provided.  In Cabins all dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put away and food removed from fridges and freezers and placed in bins or taken with you on departure.  Excess mess including putting away of clean or dirty dishes will incur an additional cleaning fee which will be charged without notice. 
For the enjoyment and comfort of all guests, noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times, no noise or music is permitted after 10;00pm. Non compliance of this rule will result in insatant removal of your party from the park without refund
Pets are NOT permitted in the park at any time.
Road rules apply in the Park.
Day visitors are welcome but must sign in at the office on arrival, and park their vehicles out the front. All visitors not staying overnight Must be off the premises by 9:30pm. Guests are responsible for their visitors behaviour.
Charges apply for overnight visitors.
All children under 10 years must be accompanied by adults in and around the amenities block and pool.
Proprietors reserve the right to re let site or cabin if not occupied within 24hrs of arrival date (unless otherwise informed).
Proprietors reserve the right to cancel a booking at their discretion.
Proprietors accept no liability for recorded bookings but if cancelled at their discretion, deposits will be refunded.
Park Patrons will abide by all park rules.  Park rules are located  in the office and in cabins.
Proprietors reserve the right to remove any person without refund if any Park rules are breached (including excessive noise)
No noise in the park between 10:00pm and 8am (except New Years 12:30am and 8am)

Cancellation Policy:

Unvaccinated guests will have their booking canceled with NO refund if they arrive prior to December 1, 2021.

February-November (excluding easter)
Cancellation within 30 days or less prior to arrival the full payment is required and will be deducted from credit card provided.
Cancellation more than 30 days, 1 day or 50% of the booking (whichever is greater) will be charged.

 December-January & Easter:
Cancellation within 60 days or less prior to arrival the full payment is required and will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Cancellation more than 60 days, 1 day or 50% of the booking (whichever is greater) will be charged.

Dates stated will be charged. No refund on ammended stays
