Sussex Palms Holiday Park – Terms and Conditions

Booking and Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Low – Full payment due 7 days before arrival date.
Peak – Full payment due 30 days before arrival date. -
Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No refunds will be provided due to wet weather or early departure.

Once the deposit is paid, it is assumed that all park patrons understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
Management Rights

Management reserves the right to re-let a site or cabin if not occupied within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date (unless prior notice is given).

Management reserves the right to cancel any booking at their discretion. If cancelled by management, the deposit will be refunded.

Management reserves the right to remove any person without a refund if park rules are breached (including excessive noise).
Minimum Stay Requirements

Christmas and New Year period – Minimum stay of 7 nights.
-
Weekends – Minimum stay of 2 nights.
-
Long weekends – Minimum stay of 3 nights.
-
School Holidays – Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Check-In and Check-Out
-
Check-in: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (unless prior arrangement is made).

Check-out: Strictly by 10:00 am.
Park Rules
-
All park patrons must comply with park rules, which are displayed in the office and in cabins.

For the comfort of all guests, noise must be always kept to a minimum.

No noise or music permitted after 10:00 pm (except on New Year's Eve – until 12:30 am). Breach of this rule may result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
Site and Cabin Maintenance

Cabins and sites must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
-
Dishes must be washed, dried, and put away. A cleaning fee may apply.

All food must be removed from fridges and freezers and disposed of appropriately.

Any damage caused by you or your party to park property will be charged accordingly without notice.
Pets
-
Pet Approval: All pets must be declared at the time of booking. Park Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet deemed unsuitable for the park environment.

Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended in cabins, vans, or on sites.

On-Site Rules: Leads & Restraints: Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your van or cabin. Cats must be secured or contained.

Clean-Up: Pet owners must immediately clean up after their animals. Bags must be sealed and disposed of in bins.

Noise: Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise or disturb other guests.

Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in amenities block, laundry facilities, pool area, or cabins (unless staying in a designated pet-friendly cabin, with prior approval).

Pets in Cabins: If staying in a pet-friendly cabin, PETS MUST NOT BE ON ANY FURNITURE OR BEDS. Please bring your pet’s own bedding.
A CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY IF ADDITIONAL CLEANING IS REQUIRED DUE TO PET HAIR, ODOURS, OR ACCIDENTS.
Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. -
Behaviour & Breach of Policy: Aggressive pets or those causing disturbances may be asked to leave the park. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet. Non-compliance with this policy may result in eviction without refund.
Visitors

No visitors' vehicles to be parked on site.

Each visitor must sign in at the office upon arrival.

Visitors must pay a fee of $10 per person/per day
-
No visitors’ pets allowed (unless authorised by management prior)
-
Visitors must leave the premises by 9:30pm.
-
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors.
Children
-
Children under 10 years must be supervised by an adult in and around the amenities block and pool.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Sussex Palms Holiday Park terms and conditions.
